Challenge ∙ Growth ∙ Joy
Every Superhero has an origin story. Many of those stories involve an individual coming into their power suddenly, sometimes unexpectedly. An ordinary life is transformed by an extraordinary event that sets off a chain reaction of experiences which challenge the long-held beliefs of the hero and lead to a new understanding of who they could become. Our hero discovers that they can be more than they ever dreamed and that they feel more themselves when they discover their power.
At Superheroes Academy we want to give every individual and organization that we encounter the opportunity to begin their own journey, to write their own origin story.
We believe in Challenge - Growth - Joy...the idea that through challenge or adversity growth is inevitable, and with growth comes greater understanding that provides the foundation for joy in the workplace.
Let us join you, let’s discover your story together.
Superheroes Academy is proud to offer ICF Mentoring, Enterprise Coaching, Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaching certificates and Business Transformations both remotely and in-person. We are headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and we are proud to have been one of the first coaching teams to offer remote coaching in Canada beginning over 8 years ago.
We value…
How we journey matters. We’ve chosen to keep these four value pairs top of mind in service of our vision.
Adventure AND Stability
Competition AND Collaboration
Esteem AND Humility
Ownership AND Contribution
“The only unique contribution that we will ever make in this world will be born of our creativity.”
- Brené Brown

She's held senior positions with companies from Getty Images to Benevity in content API, end-user experience, and product ownership and management.
Her career in FinTech led her to Morgan Stanley's At Work as Vice President, Global Private Markets Product Management, where she was instrumental in moving money around the globe through purpose-built services that facilitate liquidity events within employee stock plans for private fortune 500 companies and start-ups.
