Learn the skills necessary to influence change, lead transformation in your organization and elevate product delivery. The CSP-SM certification is one step away from the CST, CTC and CEC guide level certifications. Our program is specifically designed to close gaps and prepare you to apply for the CTC and CEC credentials.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 10 sessions, 90 minutes each.

  • Need to miss a few sessions? No problem! We run programs continuously in a loop so that you can always catch up with missed sessions. Attend sessions in any order and take up to one-year to complete this self-paced program.

  • Join from anywhere in the world as each session is held over videoconference.

  • Participants have access to an online discussion forum where they can interact with our trainers and each other as they progress through the program.

  • Participants can expect 1 - 2 hours of offline work between sessions.

  • An active Scrum Alliance Advanced - Certified ScrumMaster ℠ (A-CSM) certification is a prerequisite to our CSP-SM training program.

  • In addition to graduating from our CSP-SM program, participants must have two years of experience working as a Scrum Master before being awarded the CSP-SM credential. This experience may be gained before, during or after attending our program.
