Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Should it be necessary for you to request a refund for any of our online training programs or services, our refund policy is as follows:

Two-Day Certification Programs (e.g., CSM, CSPO)

• You are eligible for a 100% refund for any reason at any point until the course is complete.

• Once the course is complete, no refunds will be issued.

• You may reschedule for any reason before the course is complete.

Multi-Week Programs (e.g., A-CSM, CSP-SM, Path to Coaching)

• You are eligible for a 100% refund for any reason within 30 days from the start date of the program, provided you have not yet been granted certification.

• After 30 days from the start date or once you have received certification (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued.

• You may reschedule for any reason within 30 days from the start date, provided certification has not yet been granted.

EXCHANGES

• We are happy to move your registration to a future session of the same program or apply your registration fee to another of our online mentoring programs, in accordance with the policies above.

• Only one exchange is allowed per registration.

• To request an exchange, please email info@superheroes.academy and include your name, email address, the program you are currently registered in, and the new program/date being requested.
