Refund and exchange policy
REFUNDS
Should it be necessary for you to request a refund for any of our online training programs or services, our refund policy is as follows:
Two-Day Certification Programs (e.g., CSM, CSPO)
You are eligible for a 100% refund for any reason at any point until the course is complete.
Once the course is complete, no refunds will be issued.
You may reschedule for any reason before the course is complete.
Multi-Week Programs (e.g., A-CSM, CSP-SM, Path to Coaching)
You are eligible for a 100% refund for any reason within 30 days from the start date of the program, provided you have not yet been granted certification.
After 30 days from the start date or once you have received certification (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued.
You may reschedule for any reason within 30 days from the start date, provided certification has not yet been granted.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to move your registration to a future session of the same program or apply your registration fee to another of our online mentoring programs, in accordance with the policies above.
Only one exchange is allowed per registration.
To request an exchange, please email info@superheroes.academy and include your name, email address, the program you are currently registered in, and the new program/date being requested.
